Pre-Defined planner

We design our annual planner right in the beginning of commencement of the course. Which figures day to day , weekly and monthly activities along with detailed lecture plans.

Class by subject expert

We provide quality teaching by the experts from the relevant field. Our faculty make complex topic in the simpler graspable form for the highest level of perception to the students.

Doubt class for slow learner

Based on regular assessment we choose slow learners and facilitate them extra coaching and clear their doubt in the easiest possible fashion.

Discussion of home assignments

Faculty ensure enough learning based assignments to be given to the students we have a proper redressal system to discuss doubts regarding assignments at the regular basis.

Mock test

We have a mechanism to conduct regular test as per mentioned in the planner to assess the writing skill and knowledge base of the students. Mock test comprise questions from the pre declared topics pertaining to different difficulty levels.

Performance Analysis

As a part of our routine activity we analyse performance of the students accordingly different measures are taken for their development. So that they can be made exam ready for coming test . Institute also make sure and encourage good students to appear for competitive examination viz. NSO,IMO etc.

ABOUT NSO

Eligibility :

Students of classes 1-12 can participate in this examination.

  • Classwise top 5% of students, who appeared for the 1st level of the examination.
  • Zone wise or State wise top 25 rank holders from each class.
  • Class topper, where at least 10 students from a class appear in the examination and scores at least 50% marks.

Selection Procedure :

  • Level 1 is organized at the school level. Participants take the test at their respective schools during the school hours.
  • Level 2 is organized for the participants who qualify the first level of examination.

Examination Pattern :

Exam Duration : 60 Minutes

Paper Pattern : MCQ patterned test

Marking scheme for the NSO Exam (1st Level) :

Results And Ranking :

The performance of a participant is gauged on the basis of his individual score compiled in a Student Performance Report (SPR). The SPR provides a detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses of a student as the Science Quotient (SQ) evaluation along with a performance comparison at the school, state, and national level. On the basis of ranks secured in Level 1, the students would be eligible to appear for the 2nd level NSO Exam.

Scholarships :

Students are generously awarded on the basis of their ranking. Prizes are announced annually including medals, cash prizes, awards, gifts, certificates and more. Medals and Merit Certificates are awarded to the highest ranked participants. The participation Certificates are provided to every student.

ABOUT IMO

Eligibility :

Students of classes 1-12 can participate in this examination

Registration :

  1. Fill the registration form sent to the registered school.
  2. Non registered school also can request for a registration form at info@sofworld.org
  3. The filled forms are to be sent by the school to SOF before the due date.

Exam Pattern :

  1. The exam is conducted during school hours in their respective school.
  2. The examination will be conducted on three dates; each school will select any date as per their convenience.
  3. The medium of the question paper is English.
  4. The examination is held at two levels:-

Level 1 :

  1. The paper is an objective-type test.
  2. The paper comprises of 35 questions for classes 1-4 and 50 questions for classes 5-12.
  3. The question paper is divided into four sections:-
    • a. Section-1: Logical Reasoning
    • b. Section-2: Mathematical Reasoning
    • c. Section-3: Everyday Mathematics
    • d. Section-4: Achievers Section
  4. The duration of this examination is 1 hour.

Level 2 :

Top 5% of candidates, class wise will get selected for the next level

  1. Top 25 rank holders class wise & Zone wise
  2. Class topper where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & scores 50% qualifying marks.
