As time passes you’ll have a collection of mistakes which you aren’t supposed to commit in exams. Revise from this copy regularly. This would help you score higher.

8. Some people have habit of making notes in the book itself. While this may be quite convenient, it is always advisable to make notes in a separate notebook.

Making notes in a separate notebook gives you the flexibility to make memory maps as well, which is not possible in a book due to limited space available.

9. Divide your notes into headings, subheadings, sub-subheadings. This will help you understand your notes better when you read them after a long time.

10. Many times there are some big concepts which can't be written fully in notes. In such cases, add appropriate references of the concepts to the books from where you have read them.
